T'ai Chi Chih Class


Looking for a gentle way to care for your body, mind, and spirit? Join Morris and Alice Alexander for a FREE weekly T’ai Chi Chih class, starting January 8.

  • Thursdays at 10 AM

  • The Connector at St. Luke UMC

  • Enter through the Fellowship Hall doors (the ones with the drive-through awning)

T’ai Chi Chih is a mindfulness moving meditation made up of 19 simple, flowing movements and one resting pose. The movements are soft, accessible, and easy to learn—making this a wonderful practice for all ages and experience levels.

Benefits may include:

  • Improved balance, strength, and flexibility

  • Reduced stress and anxiety

  • Better sleep and overall well-being

  • And sometimes… simply joy
